COACHING SERVICES

Coaching is a powerful tool to help you get and stay sober. You work with our qualified coach online to implement powerful action and accountability plans to reach your goals. Sober Coaching and Family Coaching services are offered separately to our residential programmes.

SOBER COACHING

Sober coaching is right for you if you want to:

  • Explore your relationship with alcohol and work on strategies to get and stay sober.

  • Be actively accountable about your sobriety with a supportive professional.

  • Add an extra layer of aftercare support after you’ve finished a residential rehab programme.

  • Private support if 12-step meetings aren’t for you.

  • Strengthen your existing sobriety and keep it on the right track.

How does sober coaching work?

Working with a sober coach means you are serious about change and making a commitment to take positive action to stop drinking and stay that way. Our sober coach Paulette Crowley will provide you with intense, 1-1 support to see you through the early days of sobriety and beyond.

As well as sharing education on addiction and recovery, Paulette will teach you the sober skills you need to stay on track and get successful results in your sobriety.

Getting and staying sober takes work and is not easy. Accountability is an important part of the coaching process, so expect to be working on your goals with crystal clear intentions, conditions and expectations.

By far, the best part of sober coaching is working alongside someone who really 'gets it'. No one understands addiction like someone who has experienced it, and overcome it.

FAMILY COACHING

Family Coaching can support you while your loved one is seeking help to implement powerful action and accountability plans to recover your life and peace of mind.

The family coaching service is great if you’re:

  • Tired of the rollercoaster of loving someone in addiction.

  • Needing support to navigate the carnage addiction causes.

  • Needing support in setting healthy boundaries and clear expectations with your loved one.

  • Wanting to save your relationship but don’t know how to carry on.

  • Wanting to recover your own sanity and peace of mind after being in constant crisis.

  • Unsure about what addiction is and why it’s so hard to deal with.

  • Trying to mitigate more damage being done to your family from addiction.

SOMATIC THERAPY SERVICE

Somatic Therapy works with the nervous system, sensations and emotions, traumas and limiting beliefs that have become trapped in your body (soma).

This  can result in people self-medicating, leading to addictive patterns and behaviours. Somatic Therapy is offered separately to our residential programmes.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is right for you if you want to:

  • Release emotions and trauma which might have contributed to addiction.

  • Haven’t made progress after trying modalities such as talk therapy.

  • Are ready to make transformational changes to reset your nervous system and reset physical, emotional and mental imbalances.

How does Somatic Therapy work?

Somatic Therapist Liz Webster will tailor each session around your needs. She will work with you to build trust and to create a safe container so that your nervous system and body will allow you to release trapped energy and emotions that cause tension, stress, pain, addiction, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and general dis-ease.

Liz has her own lived experience with trauma, addiction, mental health, codependency, family dysfunction and family estrangement, which enables her to hold a compassionate, safe container for clients during sessions.
